Everything you need to know about plans, licensing, devices, and billing.
No. Every GamifyTL account is licensed to a single named individual educator. GamifyTL strictly enforces a single active device session at a time. If someone else logs in using your credentials, the active session on your device will automatically terminate. Sharing account credentials between multiple teachers, departments, or schools is prohibited under our Terms of Service.
You can seamlessly switch devices whenever you need. When you log in on your classroom interactive display, laptop, or home computer, GamifyTL transfers your active session to that device. You just cannot use both devices simultaneously under the same account.
Never! Participating in games is 100% free forever. Students do not need an account, email address, app download, or payment. They simply scan the room QR code or visit gamifytl.com/join with the 6-digit room code, enter a nickname, and start playing.
If you purchase a paid plan and determine it does not suit your teaching needs, you may submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of your payment date from your Author Billing page or by emailing support@northnode.live. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Accounts terminated for credential sharing or terms violations are not eligible for refunds.
You can cancel monthly or yearly renewals anytime with a single click in your Author Billing dashboard. When cancelled, your Pro privileges remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period with zero further charges. The Lifetime plan is a one-time charge with zero recurring mandates.
Paid plans include fair-use unlimited AI generation for normal educational use, quiz building, and lesson preparation. It covers thousands of questions per month for genuine classroom activities. Automated bot scripts, mass-scraping, or reselling AI generation access is prohibited and subject to automated rate throttling.
